Terms of Supply
This page tells you the terms on which we supply any of the products listed on this website (our site) to you. Please read these terms of supply carefully before ordering any products. You should understand that by ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please understand that if you refuse to accept these terms, you will not be able to order any products from us.
We have the right to revise and amend these terms of supply from time to time. You will be subject to the policies and terms supply in force at the time that you order products from us.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.
You can return a product up to 14 calendar days from the date you received it.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.

All intellectual property rights (including but not limited to copyright) in all materials at all times belong to and shall remain vested in us and neither you nor any other person shall obtain any intellectual property rights or any other interest, right or title whatsoever in or to any materials or any part thereof save as otherwise expressly granted.
Workshops, inclusive of those taught online and in classes, are provided to teach a series of techniques. At no point shall these be reproduced as a whole. Filming is not permitted, and while we encourage you to take pictures of your finished projects please do not share the step by step process.
Any hand outs/ worksheets are provided for personal use only and shall not be replicated in any way.
We encourage you to share your finished projects, or those inspired by/ created with Andy Skinner products. Join our Facebook groups Andy Skinner and Friends to get involved with our online community. The aim of our online community is to provide a safe place to share ideas, please note any derogatory comments/ posts will not be tolerated.
When you choose to subscribe, we collect and store your personal information for the purposes of managing your membership. These details are used only by Andy Skinner Crafts and our newsletter client (Mailchimp) in order to communicate with you. Subscriber details will never be passed or sold to other third parties by either Andy Skinner Crafts or Mailchimp.
We offer the option to unsubscribe from our email mailing list, however please be aware that this is our primary method of communication with customers about new content, features and offers. If you opt out of receiving email from us, your experience of using this site is likely to be less satisfactory.
We may disclose personal information if required to do so by law, Court Order, or for the purposes of prevention of fraud or other crime or if we believe that such action is necessary to protect and defend the rights, property or personal safety of our website or its visitors.
